I needed to get my grandmother's ring resized and was anxious of leaving it behind because its one of the last items I have from her, but Sam was so kind and reassured me that he would take great care of it. Husband and I bought our wedding rings here 10 years ago. Wow! Seema & Mr Sam were amazing with my husband helped open his eyes to more options made his shopping experience great! Helped me with picking a ring for him when I went in. They treat us like family every time we come in even though we live out of town & only make it it every few years . Only place we(husband) buys my jewelry. Even had a ring custom made from my grandmas wedding ring.
Seema is absolutely AMAZING! She helped my husband customize my perfect engagement ring, helped us both pick out our wedding bands and helped us find the perfect gift for each other on wedding day! They are knowledgeable, caring, helpful, beautiful inventory and have something for everyone and every occasion. They have such a kind heart as a group. Seema and the owner put together a once in a lifetime gift for a family friend who lost her daughter in a tragic accident. They made and donated a beautiful necklace that symbolizes the love the mother has for her daughter. They are the sweetest group of people who not just love jewelry but love the fact that they are apart of the biggest moments in people's lives on a daily basis and they don't take it lightly. Love this store so much!!!!
If you are looking for unique fine jewelry then Sam's is your place. We shopped all the major retailers until visiting with Seema, the Store Manager. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect wedding band to compliment my wife's engagement ring. I would highly recommend them for their service and expertise.
I love Sam's!! The sales staff is so warm and friendly. They carry many unusual pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. I find the quality to be high and the cost reasonable. I love attending their "ladies night" events and feeling pampered. Sam's is always part of my wish list....
