I really enjoy coming here. They have a great selection of movies and games for a fair price and often do coupons or discounts. Purchasing is also fair price.
I've been a customer of Family Video for 15 years now but now I will never spend money at their business again. The only thing they had over modern technology (On Demand, Netflix, etc..) was the customer service and because of horrible upper management by a lady named Jessica Im done with this place. Time for me to leave the stone ages and catch up to easier, more convenient, more affordable ways to get my movies. Anyways, this place will be out of business within a year, especially with the management they have currently
I love coming here because it's nostalgic. You don't see as many movie stores nowadays due to online streaming, so it's fun to support these kinds of businesses. They have a ton of movies, new and old, and a lot that you maybe would find on Netflix. The staff is friendly and they offer a lot of deals and coupons, especially to new customers who sign up with them.
Coming here is like being a kid again when my family would have movie nights and we'd go to Blockbuster and pick out our favorite candy and a movie. Now I get to do that with my kids..minus the treats part because the are wayyy to expensive here. Otherwise I love it
