I like stopping by from time to time to look at their smaller size clothing. I find some nice things here in Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren.
Turned down several brand new unworn items from trendy brands - not sure if they are biased against plus sizes. Also gave minimal payout given the quality of the clothes dropped off. Would not sell here again.
Friendly customer service. Willing to give advice on which pieces they are most likely to buy. That way you won't waste time bringing in items they will not buy from you. Because this is a franchise, they have a catalog of guidelines for what they will purchase and a computer program that tells them how much to give you for a certain item. Don't bother bringing anything older than 2 years to sell. Policy prohibits them from purchasing. It is not the store clerk's decision to make. They are very fair and helpful. I am a regular customer and will remain one!
Love these location, I just moved to Garland. These nicer than the ones in Frisco and McKinney, Your staff members are great. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
