Had a great time!! Screens were easy to use and read, shoes were clean, staff was personable, food was what you'd expect from a concession stand. All around nice place. There was a light show on the lanes and the music was upbeat, if a little too loud.
Food/drinks are ridiculously expensive and unforgivably bad and the service is slow. The environment is high energy and very clean. I would just eat before coming here to bowl or play games.
Customer service for the bowling was good. Customer service for the snack bar and food was horrible waited 35 minutes for the food. Manager didn't seem to care that it was cold and just decided to give us our money back instead of making it right. Apparently is a continual issue with the general manager because the bartender let us in on that.
Fun environment and music, but the food and service leaves little to be desired
I have been employed as cook for AMF several years. It' s a great place to work and great place for family to have fun together. Or to join a league and become a member of a different type of family. Come check us out, you won't regret it!
